September 28 - October 4, 2026
FTD Awareness Week is a weeklong opportunity for events, activities, and social initiatives to inform communities about FTD.
Organizations such as The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD) and World FTD United come together to provide information and resources for advocation and support in a variety of ways.
Put a Spotlight on FTD
The 2026 FTD Awareness Week campaign 'Put a Spotlight on FTD' asks everyone to join together and put shine a light on frontotemporal degeneration. Within your community and on your social media platforms, we encourage you to put a spotlight on FTD and the ways in which it has impacted your life.
Use the AFTD and World FTD United social media toolkits and resources as you put the spotlight on FTD!
